Augusta Downtown Alliance Appoints Jeremy Ashlock as New Executive Director

The Augusta Downtown Alliance proudly announces the hiring of Jeremy Ashlock as its new Executive Director following an extensive nationwide search. With an impressive background in organizational management and innovative economic development, Jeremy brings a fresh perspective and dynamic leadership to the organization.
Jeremy Ashlock's expertise in identifying and fostering strategic partnerships, coupled with his experience in cultivating collaborative ecosystems, positions him as a visionary leader poised to drive positive change in Downtown Augusta. His recent contributions to the Maine Space Complex Initiative, including co-authoring its strategic plan, exemplify his commitment to advancing impactful initiatives.
Jeremy's professional journey, which began at Sawyer Island Consulting, has equipped him with a deep understanding of various industries and verticals. Additionally, his firsthand experience as a downtown business owner in a neighboring community since 2014 provides him with valuable insights into the unique challenges and opportunities facing downtown areas.
